Terms & Conditions for Working with Professional Business Center (PBC):

1. Project Duration & Commencement:
   Work begins upon signing the agreement and receiving the initial payment, based on the agreed project timeline.
2. Payment Terms:
   Payments are made in two or three installments depending on the project. The first installment is required to initiate the work.
3. Intellectual Property Rights:
   Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment. PBC reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Official Communication:
   All official communication shall be through the registered email or WhatsApp as stated in the agreement.
5. Revisions:
   The service includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
6. Confidentiality:
   PBC commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and materials and will not share them with any third party.
7. Project Cancellation:
   If the project is canceled by the client after commencement, payments made are non-refundable. A fee may be applied based on the work completed.
8. Quality Assurance:
   PBC is committed to delivering high-quality work according to professional standards and within the scheduled time unless affected by force majeure.
9. Dispute Resolution:
   In case of disputes, both parties will seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.

1. مدة العقد والتنفيذ:
   يبدأ تنفيذ الأعمال بعد توقيع العقد واستلام الدفعة الأولى، وفقًا للجدول الزمني المتفق عليه.
2. الدفعات المالية:
   يتم دفع الأتعاب على دفعتين أو ثلاث دفعات حسب المشروع، ويُشترط تحويل الدفعة الأولى للبدء.
3. حقوق الملكية الفكرية:
   تنتقل ملكية المواد النهائية للعميل بعد السداد الكامل، بينما تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في عرض الأعمال ضمن معرض أعمالها.
4. المراسلات الرسمية:
   يتم اعتماد التواصل الرسمي عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب المسجل في العقد.
5. التعديلات:
   تشمل الخدمة عددًا محددًا من التعديلات كما هو موضح في العرض، وتُحتسب التعديلات الإضافية برسوم منفصلة.
6. السرية والخصوصية:
   تلتزم الشركة بالحفاظ على سرية المعلومات والمحتوى الخاص بالعميل وعدم مشاركته مع أي طرف ثالث.
7. إلغاء المشروع:
   في حال الإلغاء من طرف العميل بعد بدء التنفيذ، لا تُسترد الدفعات المحولة، ويُقدّر ما تم إنجازه من العمل ماليًا.
8. ضمان الجودة:
   تلتزم الشركة بتنفيذ الأعمال بجودة عالية وفق المعايير المهنية، وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد ما لم يحدث ظرف قاهر.
9. حل النزاعات:
   في حال وجود خلاف، يتم حله وديًا بين الطرفين، وفي حال تعذر ذلك يتم اللجوء للجهات المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
